Thanks! Worked for me I've been curious for ages how much mileage I've put through my unit.

Just hook your camera up to the pc with a usb cable, turn the camera on, then start APT. The info appears in the lower left corner of the screen after the camera is connected. When I, just out of curiosity, hooked up my 5DMKIV I didn't see a shutter count listed?įor those interested in using this product, it was the free demo version on Windows. Doesn't work with Canon M series, at least my M3, so I sold it with a guesstimate.Īstrophotography Tool worked for the two older bodies I am thinking of selling, the 50D and 5DMKII. I don't use it much but each time I sell a camera-twice in the last week-I bust it out. I think I only paid $2.99 for ShutterCount some years back. A link maybe, please?ĭSL controller looks like a possibility, but $8 just to find out my shutter counts seems high.Īstrophotography Tool might be the way to go if the shutter count is in the demo version. If there is a windows download version somewhere, I can't find it.
#Shuttercount pro android
There is an Android version on Google Play, but it only works on Nikon/Sony. The web version is strictly file upload which doesn't work for my bodies. Sorry, I was not quite right about ShutterCount by Dire. I have the Mac version sold through the App Store but I'm guessing the Windows version is sold off dire The Windows version of ShutterCount came out in 2014. Is that a recent change? Because I bought that program for my Windows desktop last year or so. I've been using DSL Controller for a while now, and only just realized that it includes a shutter count feature. I was hoping someone might be able to recommend one that is safe and works.
#Shuttercount pro software
ShutterCount by Dire seems to be available only for Apple/Mac/iOS.Ĭan anyone recommend software for W10 or Android 7.0? I've searched the forum and have not found a viable solution.
